It’s time to find the perfect location & property and crunch those numbers! You’ll learn the best methods to locate a property within the confines of your predetermined budget, analyze the the overall cost of and make an offer!
 

Build Your Team

There’s definitely NO “I” in team. And you’ll need a great one to assist you in executing the flipping & selling of your property. You’ll be coached on how to partner with the best attorneys, lenders, contractors, and more and understand the value each member can add to your bottom line and profitability.

Start of Renovation or Flip

Time is money. And in order to eventually pocket the profit, you must stay on track and operate within the budget. Trone will assist you in creating a timeline for your project, show you how to collaborate with strong contractors proven to work efficiently and obtain any necessary permits for your flip.

Prep for the Sell

What exactly is a 203K Consultant? Glad you asked! A 203K Consultant is a professional who assists Owner Occupied properties, that is, a client who desires to occupy a home once the renovation process has been completed.

How? Your personal consultant, Trone, is essentially responsible for advising you throughout the seemingly complicated 203(K) process. You'll go through the mentorship process outlined above. The difference is, instead of prepping to sell, we'll assist you in the process of customizing your flip for you and your family. And your consultant will ensure that all of the required paperwork is completed accurately to help you secure a 203(K) loan. The best part? There’s NO upfront cost to you, the homeowner. Your fees will be calculated into the cost of your loan!
